Destination Halloween!

One of the most fun-filled times of the year to travel to Canada is during the autumn months. Beautiful bright foliage erupts as Mother Nature prepares for the coming winter, and as the temperatures begin to decline towards late October, the fallen leaves are also the perfect setting for a spooky Halloween!

There are a wide variety of spooktacular events that take place across the country. Below are just a few of the must-see events:


Boo at the Zoo – Toronto 

Get the little one’s dressed in costume and bring them to the zoo! All of the kids can partake in the “Critters and Costumes Parade” daily! The Toronto Zoo is the perfect place for the whole family to celebrate Halloween, filled with all kinds of craft and interactive activities!

This frightfully scary attraction is world famous for scaring even the un-scarable! A walk-through haunted house that is fully equipped to tackle just about anyone’s biggest fears, this is a must-experience when visiting Ontario!

The Montreal Zombie Walk – Montreal 

The zombie walk in Montreal has become a tradition, so why not join in the fun? A fully equipped make-up tent is on site and after the walk you can hang with the mob of zombies at an after party. Now that’s Halloween!

Many cities across North America have the Rocky Horror Picture Show event on Halloween, but none are recognized as the biggest and best – except for Montreal! ScreamFest 2014 – Calgary
